Terms of sale

One of one. Most pieces here exist once. Listing a piece is an invitation to buy, not a guarantee of availability. If two orders arrive for the same piece, the first completed payment takes it and the second is refunded in full.

Prices. Shown in USD and set at the time of order. Taxes are calculated at checkout where they apply. If a price is listed in obvious error, we will contact you and either honour it or cancel and refund.

Payment. Taken at checkout through Stripe. Your order is confirmed when payment succeeds, not when checkout opens.

Discount codes. One code per order unless stated otherwise. Codes have no cash value and can be withdrawn at any time. Codes offered for a first order are for a first order.

Natural variation. Every piece is made from solid wood and photographed as it actually is. Grain, colour and figure vary, and wood changes with age and light. What you receive will match the photographs closely but not identically.

Dimensions. Listed to the nearest quarter inch. Check access before you order. See shipping and delivery.

Returns. Change of mind returns are accepted only on unopened boxes, within 14 days. Faulty, damaged or misdescribed pieces are covered whether the box was opened or not. See returns.

Cancellation. Contact us as soon as possible. We can cancel an in-stock order before it leaves the shop. Once work has started on a commission, we may keep a proportion of the price to cover materials and time already spent.

Liability. Nothing here limits your statutory consumer rights.
