Shipping and delivery

Local delivery. Delivery is free within the Denver metro. We bring the piece into the room you want it in and take the packaging away. We contact you within one business day of your order to arrange a time.

Outside the metro. We deliver further afield for a fee based on distance. Ask before you order and we will quote it.

Pickup. Free from the shop by appointment. Bring blankets and straps, and a vehicle that fits the dimensions listed on the product page. We will help you load.

Lead time. Pieces marked in stock ship within a week. Built to order pieces list their lead time on the product page. Wood moves with the seasons and a rushed finish is a bad finish, so we would rather quote honestly than promise early.

Damage in transit. Inspect the piece before the delivery leaves. If something is wrong, tell us then and we will repair or replace it. Photograph anything you find and contact us within 48 hours.

Access. Measure your doorways, stairwells and turns against the dimensions on the product page before ordering. A 84 inch table does not always make a tight landing. Ask if you are unsure and we will work it out with you.
